This is what Feminism looks like
This video is one of the most ridiculous things i have seen in a while. I love it and I hate it. I always liked Le Tigre because of their singer Kathleen Hanna, who was involved in one of the best music scenes Riot grrrl. But i can see that her audience has changed drastically. These girls are preety punk though, i love the girl rocking out under the American flag.
Riot grrrl was an underground feminist punk movement that started in the early 1990s, and it is often associated with third-wave feminism (it is sometimes seen as its starting point). Riot grrrl's emphasized on universal female identity and separatism. Riot grrrl bands often address issues such as rape, domestic abuse, sexuality, and female empowerment. Some bands associated with the movement are Fifth Column, Bikini Kill, Bratmobile, Jack Off Jill, Excuse 17, Heavens to Betsy, Huggy Bear, Adickdid, The Third Sex, Sleater-Kinney, and also lesbian queercore like Team Dresch.

I like that song.
This is pretty fantastic. I mean it's is sort of disappointing but also, for lack of a better word, hilarious.
